IPS E.max ZirCAD Prime™ is produced using Gradient Technology (GT). This unique manufacturing process uses special power conditioning to combine 3Y-TZP and 5Y-TZP oxide ceramic powders resulting in the ultimate strength and esthetics. The high-strength zirconium oxide, IPS E.max ZirCAD Prime™, is a versatile and strong, highly translucent zirconia. Its application is designed to deliver superior quality and high-end esthetics. In addition, E.max ZirCAD Prime™ requires less reduction than monolithic glass-ceramic restorations and is kind to natural opposing dentition during occlusal and parafunctional activity.
