Town & Country Dental Studios began operations in 1962. Soon after Barry Lampert, CDT left the Army in 1957, he worked for a Dental Lab in NYC. A few years later, he and a partner decided to open their own dental lab. They moved out to Long Island and settled in Freeport, New York, in 1968. Over the past 60 years, our core objective has been to support clients with both quality products and exceptional service. Town & Country began as a two-man lab and has grown significantly. We now employ over 80 people and operate one of the most advanced dental labs in the country.

The TEREC Group

Town & Country is also a founding member of TEREC (Technical Research Consortium), a strategic alliance of leading regional dental laboratories across North America. Every few months, we meet with other members to discuss industry trends and share information on technical, marketing, and management topics.  Bringing you new technologies, products, and services is largely due to our 30-year affiliation with the Technical Research Consortium (TEREC). This strategic alliance of leading dental laboratories has a primary mission to research, develop and bring innovative world-class technology to your practice, and we are proud to be a founding member.

Philanthropy

Equally important, Town & Country has always believed that giving back to those in need of dental care is a small way of helping others improve their health and confidence. Over the years, we have donated our services to such organizations as the AO-Henry Schein Holocaust Survivors program, Donated Dental Services, and Oral Health America. Additionally, we have supported clients who donate their services to treat patients with no-cost products and services. These principles are at the foundation of our continued success.
